Ciara was born and raised in Southern California. She has always had an affinity for make-up and brows and frequently helped all of her friends with their brows growing up. When Ciara was a teenager she was approached by a complete stranger at the mall while shopping with her friends. The stranger exclaimed, "Excuse me, but who did your make-up?!" Ciara sheepishly replied that she had done her own make-up and the stranger immediately said, "Come with me." The man took Ciara over to another person, whom he introduced as their boss, and said to their boss, "Look at her make-up!" The boss told Ciara, "Oh yes, we need you. Please, you must come work for me." Ciara was immediately offered a job as chief of make-up design for a photoshoot they were working on.

Life, however, took Ciara on a different path. For the last decade and some, she has worked primarily in the medical field serving others. Because of her extensive background working in the medical field, she has a superior understanding of cross-contamination and practices using only sterile technique. It was because of this knowledge in aseptic technique and her keen eye for aesthetics that the owner of a medical practice asked her to join her team in the beginning stages of a medical spa.

Ciara began her career in the beauty industry as a CoolSculpting Specialist. It was in this line of work that she found her passion for helping others with their transformations. Fast forward to early 2020, Ciara discovered a way to marry her passion for make-up design and medical treatments in the form of Cosmetic Tattooing. It's in this line of work she truly finds the most joy still being able to help others. She has found her passion and is grateful to each and every one of her clients for allowing her to help them with their confidence. She is a triple certified artist and an NPCA Alumni. She’s CPR and Bloodborne Pathogen Certified as well.
